Bilingual National Product Manager

Location: Montreal, QC - Toronto, Ont│ Salary Range: $129,000–$150,000 + Bonus/Commissions │ Travel: Over 25% │ Full-Time Permanent


Summary of Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven National Product Manager to lead product strategies and drive sales growth across Canada. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and clients to develop innovative strategies, expand market share, and achieve business objectives. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about creating customer-centric solutions and fostering growth in the technical sales space.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales and Market Growth

  • Execute sales and gross margin budgets for the product line.

  • Drive targeted lead generation efforts in collaboration with marketing teams.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Develop and implement KPIs to manage team performance and ensure targets are met.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to sales teams.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Foster strong customer relationships with a focus on customer-centric approaches.

  • Represent marketing strategies and product plans to stakeholders.


Education and Experience Requirements

Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical discipline (Engineering is an advantage).

Years of Experience: 7-15 years of experience in technical sales or product management, preferably in instrumentation or scientific equipment industries.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Canadian instrumentation market and customer needs.


Skills & Abilities

  • Fluently Bilingual (English, French)

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to learn proprietary software.

  • Strong customer focus with a results-driven mindset.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal savvy.

  • Integrity and ethical conduct in professional dealings.
