Bilingual Customer Service

Location: Montreal, Quebec │ Salary Range: 50k-52k│ Hybrid/Remote│ Full-time permanent


Summary of Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining a positive image of the organization. Leverage bilingual skills to enhance client relationships and ensure operational excellence.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process BC quotes into sales orders accurately.

  • Verify sales orders against client purchase orders for consistency.

  • Ensure accurate tax rates, shipping methods, and payment terms.

  • Process and confirm payments, issuing receipts and order confirmations.

  • Track pending orders and address delays proactively.

  • Prepare shipping documents and communicate delivery information.

  • Respond to inquiries, process invoices, and manage RMAs.

  • Participate in inventory tasks and additional assigned duties.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration preferred.

  • Experience in customer service within a sales-focused environment.

  • Familiarity with technical products is an asset.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
