Bilingual Project Manager

Location: Mississauga, Ontario │ Salary Range: 80k-100k │ Hybrid│ Full-time permanent

Summary of Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects across our extensive store network.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.

  • Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects while meeting quality standards.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and minimize disruptions.

    Foster positive vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.

    Drive continuous improvement, leveraging your expertise in architectural/engineering principles and project management.

     

Qualifications:

  • High School Education/Trade School Graduate or equivalent.

    5-8 years of experience in Retail construction, with 2-3 years of management experience.

    Proficiency in both English and French, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.

    Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering principles and building systems.

    Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Proficiency in general computer skills.

  • Customer Service orientated and solutions-focused

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including the ability to balance multiple priorities.
