Title: Outbound Call Center Representative
Location: Suwanne, GA
Schedule: There are two shifts

  • Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • Monday to Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm

Salary: $ 10.00 to $13.00 hourly, base in candidate experience

Objective

Contact patients regarding their new company’s cards, converting patients from paper billing to POS, and converting qualifying new patients to our home delivery program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls in a campaign using an automated dialer
  • Keep accurate patient notes in Sequoia and pharmacy processing application on all patient records
  • Contact adjusters for patient updates, authorization of medications, doctors, etc.
  • Enter new referrals into Sequoia within one hour of receipt
  • Stay current on ALL company’s policies, procedures and applications
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Other tasks as directed by the Company
  • Assisting other departments with various data related tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Energetic and self motivated
  • Exceptional communication skills are required, both written and oral.
  • Advanced knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software
  • Work experience should include a minimum of 1 year in a customer service in medical industry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • None

  • Work performed in an office environment.
