Title: Territory Sales Manager
Reports to: Senior Director of Sales

Position Description:
The Territory Sales Manager will work to expand and maintain distribution of several brand products to various markets in the U.S., with the goal of establishing new wholesale distribution partners, maintain exiting ones and increase sales. The Territory Sales Manager should be able to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and negotiate with potential distribution partners, and close distribution deals in selected markets to establish a meaningful presence and grow sales.
  • Manage contact and market data to ensure consistent communication with distribution partners. Communicate pertinent data in weekly status reports to executive team.
  • Monitor sales activity over time and manage market growth.
  • Maintain and manage existing account.
  • Travel 80%
  • Responsible for building a relationship with customer (personalized service)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Bilingual English / Spanish (English fluent, Spanish 80%).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales
  • Experience working with an ethnically diverse client base preferred
  • Well organized, detail oriented and a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Sales Management software preferred.

Salary: $45 plus commission. Achievable in total: $75
