Bilingual Staffing Solutions goal is to become the best bilingual recruiting agency in Georgia by adding value to our client’s company when offering the best-qualified bilingual professionals to fill their positions.

Bilingual Staffing Solutions was created by Caroline Piñeres to satisfy a niche of the market not yet fully covered by any other recruiting agency in Georgia. The company comprises of a team of professionals exclusively committed to offer their clients highly professional bilingual candidates to fill their job positions, which are vital to our clients’ successful business.

Caroline Piñeres has an extensive background in Human Resources and Finance. In 2003, Cathy Cox, Secretary of State of the state of Georgia, reecognized and awarded Caroline as an Outstanding Georgia Citizen. She presently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, State Board of LULAC (League of Latino United American Citizens), Board member emeritus of Acolpa (Association of Colombian Professioanls), President and Founder of John Marshall Law School’s Hispanic Organization and serves in the Jewish/Hispanic Intercultural committee representing various Hispanic Organizations. She is a member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, Georgia Hispanic Network, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials, Mexican American Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law and Employment Sections. She serves on the board of Visions Anew. She is also a volunteer for the Gwinnett County School system as a motivational speaker for at risk youths. Caroline is of Colombian heritage.

Caroline’s proudest accomplishment is her 9 year old son Spencer, who serves as an inspiration to her every day.
